Had bogie and sons come out to my house to preform the siding. His price was reasonable and bogie was a very nice man. Unfortunately after the first day on job, there were some concerns. The work he had preformed was not what we talked about and did not align with the estimate provided. The Tyvek wrap was not pulled tight and he was not planning to go around the edges of the home. Steve Bogard and his crew are incredibly professional and very friendly! His crew arrived when he said they would between 7:30 - 8:00 on a mid March date after giving me the bid back in November. He promised top quality materials and a color scheme he suggested, which I loved. Steve's crew did a beautiful job and for a very reasonable price because I booked way ahead.
He started replacing our roof 4 months ago. Right away his workers dropped a tool and put a hole in the metal railing on our deck. He promised to replace it. Four months and many texts to him, this still hasn't been done. Our previous roof was blue and we changed to a brown metal roof. As you can see from the picture, he missed replacing a piece of the blue fascia. He promised to fix it. It still has not been done. Unfortunately, my husband paid him in full, so he has no incentive to fix our problems. DO NOT USE HIM!
