I showed her the email appointment notice- date, time, confirmation. She said "that is not a guaranteed appointment, you still wait your turn in line. I told 538 Maria ***** ** ******** You will report the incident to the better business bureau because I believe they are acting unethically and creating additional issues when there wasn't.. My mother took her car in for check engine light on 11/04/21... We advised Maria that the car was jerking and not catching gears, they ran a diagnostics test and "supposedly" fixed the issue...which told us it was the evap vent solenoid leaking.. Bought a car from the pre owned lot in Pharr. Really love the car, but the experience we've had with the people who work there has been horrible. First off, being lied to about the "extended warranty". Turned it down the 3 times they tried to insist that we have it. Then the sales guy, Fantini I believe his name is, comes out saying, 'hey guys, I was just given a coupon to cover the extended warranty cost.' Well, that sounds good, so we'll take it. We have already contacted the customer and notified them that will be refunded the full amount of the warranty. Due to the fact that this vehicle was financed, refund will be issued to the lienholder to reduce the amount that was financed. Also, the refund check of the customers payment had already been cut but not mailed. We will ensure that the customer receives this reimbursement immediately.
