Sames Ford Harlingen did not follow thru with the windshield repair, due to their negligence the windshield ding spread now I need new windshield and out of my pocket. They do not return calls nor take responsibility

Sames ford Service departmentdid not fix my truck it has been taken in over 8 times in a spam of 6 months back to back spoke to ******* and *****. Issue never resolved.

I took my 2019 Toyota Tacoma with the Collison center seeing as they are a dealership so I expected good to great work done I knew the process would be long but 52 days in it took to repair my truck and on top of that it wasn't done right the bumper was off and when I picked it up my truck didn't start the rear brake lights were acting weird and later i found out the license plate lights both didnt work at all and yes they jumped started it but after I went home it didn't want to turn on anymore took it to them the next day ... read more

They were inspecting my car as trade in value and was deemed to have a 500$ value which I definitely did not agree but was ok with selling on the outside instead. But my complaint is from the employee who inspected my car did not close it all the way down and on my way home the hood popped open causing the windshield to completely crack and me to swerve and scrape my car against the expressway wall, spoke with the person in charged who refused to take responsibility.
