My dad (now deceased) took his Omega watch to Boggs to have the battery replaced. Boggs somehow lost the part that held the battery in place and then tried to force the watch back together. After several weeks, they told my mom that they were unable to fix it and recommended that she send it to New York. My mom has since moved back to Michigan and we had a reputable jewelry repair shop look at the watch and he showed me the pick marks that Boggs had put into the watch trying to "repair" it. Absolutely amazing shop, nothing is to much trouble and always everything done to perfection, Lewis is a man gifted in jewellery workmanship, Jo an Roy should be very proud of the service they give to each any every customer along with the rest of the staff.
