The place did seem a little strange and creepy. I thought I was at the wrong place at first. We had to ring a door bell wait for the lady to speak to us at the door. No phones are drinks allowed inside. Didn't look like a Dr. office at all. Once inside still felt uncomfortable but Dr. Boggs was very nice, we got there early was in and out before my actual appointment time. This place gave my daughter and myself a very weird feeling!! The door lady was not professional nor was what I know now was Dr.Boggs, he never once came and introduced himself to me. The whole place was just SPOOKY!! 👻👻
Well lady answered door. No greeting or telling who she was. It was cold that morning I was there. She kept screen locked would not let me in. I told her she was rude and I asked her name. This business needs to be reported. Very unprofessional !
Only a 1 star just to write review. Showed up on time & was denied Service. Person talking to me through door said they were not allowed to call clients even to confirm or deny an appointment. I was told I should have Paperwork that was Never sent to me. I was told because I had myself, The "Client"(older son) & Younger Son with me That we could all come in & the Younger son(over 15) couldn't be left to wait in vehicle. My son was scheduled for an appointment with Dr. Boggs. We arrived 30 minutes early. A lady who would not identify herself met me at the gate and would not let us in the office. We were notified that the office was closed and all appointments were rescheduled. I asked when the appointment was rescheduled to and was informed that she could not give out that information. What a waste of time! Do not recommend!
