UPDATE: As you can see, and as I experienced on the phone, unwilling to take responsibility. We paid for the inspection. We had a full length, specific conversation on who the report was to be sent to. We were told: "Of course, no problem". But instead of them saying, "Hey, listen, we messed up" it is, "We did everything right". This is why I'm writing this, too many companies are like this now days.
