office staff is good- Dr. Boggess is not
Called the desk, talked to the -phone nurse?- who said Dr. doesn't prescribe anything for Covid. But I could get a virtual Monday. For what, I wondered? If no Covid meds (Paxlovid or Veklury) is prescribed, do I want to pay the Doctor to whine about my symptoms? Enough. Done after 25 years there. Very nice man, need a Doc to rely upon however.
Best Dr I have in a long time, he is caring, kind and gives you the time to answer your questions and corrects your health issues.

Yes, I have been a patient of his for years and he is very understanding and takes the time to explain things to me when I want to know why certain procedures that were always paid for by insurance are no longer necessary.

Addresses all concerns and needs. Friendly concerned care giver. Does all the proper test on physical examination.
I was seen at time. Treated professionally. He listen to my problems and opinions. Very kind and Helpful doctor.
I have always had good experience with Dr Boggess. He sits down with me and answers my questions. I talk to him like I would a friend. No problem at all. I have never been talked to rude or disrespectful. His staff are fun to joke with.
