My wife and I visited Bogazy's just after Christmas this year; the wife to have her watch band resized and myself to have a ring resized. Pete and his associate could write the book on customer service. Absolutely no pressure to buy anything, very polite and accommodating. We were charged an incredibly low price...$0.00. I will be using Bogazy's as the source for my jewelry needs from now on. Neil
I went to Bogazy looking for an engagement ring. I worked with Pete and he did an amazing job. These guys do business the right way and when I got the ring it exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend Bogazy for all jewelry and custom jewelry.
I met Pete about 4 months ago. I have a fondness for aquamarines. He showed me the most beautiful stone. He told me the price and we chatted so more and I left. I went back for that same ring yesterday to buy it. He honored the price he told me originally and didnt pressure me then or yesterday. He honest and trustworthy. I was in the market for an engagement ring and received a recommendation from a friend to go see Pete at Bogazy Jewelry. Turns out Pete is the man! When I picked up the ring I was blown away and best of all I felt like I got a really great price for an incredible diamond. On top of Pete being very knowledgeable he was also accommodating. My wife and I were looking to have her engagement and wedding rings re-sized, when we discovered an absolutely exquisite setting that would accommodate her 1 carat marquis diamond, surrounded by smaller diamonds. Pete was a true pleasure to work with and was extremely helpful, but not high pressure. We decided to turn in the old gold and purchase the new setting. I just got my second piece of jewelry from Bogazy Fine Jewelry once again I am completely pleased with my diamond cross necklace. Pete did a wonderful job with the custom design that I picked out. The turn around time was less than a week and it came out flawless. My friend is going to love it and you cant beat the price! I highly recommend that everyone use Bogazy for their jewelry needs. Bogazy Fine Jewlery is AMAZING!!! Pete was so easy to work with and took the time to listen to what we wanted. We went into the store to purchase a set of wedding bands and ended up having a custom wedding set & wedding band made for less than we imagined possible.
