Huge thank you to Brad who came out tonight after hours to fix our furnace which stopped blowing hot air. I called them at 5:30pm and they were here and everything was fixed before 8pm. After hours pricing is very reasonable. Also had them come out a few years ago in the summer when our A/C stopped working (of course it was also after hours on a weekend). They are the best!

Can’t say enough good things about this family owned business. Paul was able to send Brad out to inspect and repair my furnace that was not heating. Within a couple hours Brad had my furnace running and working great. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He quickly assessed the problem and even made a trip back to his office to get the exact part he needed. Thank you for a great customer service. I will definitely be referring Bogatz and will not hesitate to call them again for any AC/Heating issues. Terry B
