although my service needs are limited, each and every time I've had the occasion to ask for their help, they are extremely curteous and positive! Gives a small-town familiar-friendly feel from a local business in a big town that everyone loves.
Great customer service and the owner is very helpful. Way better then a PO Box. I have been a customer for 10 years and have always been very happy with services.
This place is terrible from customer service to getting packages when delivered, there’s always some excuse like we’re there still sorting through, when my package has been there for 3 days. This place sucks!!!!!!!!!!! The owner needs sell !!!! To someone who actually cares about customer service, the manager Antonio is very nice! Over worked and under paid, boycott this place.
Whoever the frumpy, older lady that's there in the afternoon is extremely rude. I will never do business with that place again.
