Whoever the overweight, older lady that's there in the afternoon is extremely rude. I will never do business with that place again.
Updated review: New employees since my previous review, and it’s awesome now. Two nice, helpful guys working there, and one of them has a couple of friendly dogs. They are getting packages processed a lot faster too. (Used to be my favorite place to get mail til they changed management. Now they have a rude, creepy guy working there who tries to start arguments and actually asked for my phone number and home address.)
The owner is an extremely unprofessional, rude lady. I hope she gets the therapy she needs. The young man with the two pups has always been very kind and helpful.

Ive been mailing here for 10 years. They had some unsavory staff for a while but are no longer there. The current employees are so sweet and have my packages for me before I even come to the window. I like the convenience, short lines and eggs for sale in the fridge in the lobby :)
