Whoever the frumpy, older lady that's there in the afternoon is extremely rude. I will never do business with that place again.

Updated review: New employees since my previous review, and it’s awesome now. Two nice, helpful guys working there, and one of them has a couple of friendly dogs. They are getting packages processed a lot faster too. (Used to be my favorite place to get mail til they changed management. Now they have a rude, creepy guy working there who tries to start arguments and actually asked for my phone number and home address.)
