Give zero if I could. One of their techs tried to break into my apt. July 29. 2024 at 9:00 am Monday. My Prop. Mgr knew there was an a/c leak in my unit last Wed. Leaking into unit below. No a/c company called for the repair until Bogart Paterson Monday 8:30 am. I had doctor appointment at 11:00 am that day. 9:00 am someone knocks on my front apt door and then City Housing Prop Mgr here tries to open my front door and I shouted at her and tech as they are not breaking into my unit since they have known about the a/c leak sin... read more

This place is a dump. What kind of strip club is this.
This company is the worst to deal with. They never fixed the original problem and kept charging me for every visit to refix the original issue. STAY AWAY they are without a doubt the biggest CON in this industry there is much better options.
