I specifically booked an appointment for traditional micro braids. Before my appointment, I clearly explained what I wanted and even showed a reference photo. Instead, I was given tree braids, which is not what I requested. She was very nice, laidback back, and accommodating. My phone was about to die and she had a portable that had 4 cables in it. One of them worked for my phone and I was able to not worry about my phone dying when she was dying it. Hair took about 4 hours including when she finished the ends the next morning.

Thank you for taking me as a walk-in, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The stylist used an excessive amount of braiding hair at the front of my head—two full packs just in the front. It made my head feel extremely heavy, like I was carrying something. I didn’t realize how much hair had been added until the style was finished. Now I’m going elsewhere to have it fixed and paying extra money out of pocket to correct the mistake. I won’t be returning—this was one of my worst braiding experiences.

Love the girls down here and they did my hair is so beautiful and nice I appreciate everything that you guys done for me I love how you guys get my style and everything and I will be back to get my hair done again thank you so much for what you guys done for me keep the work.
