They were working on a job near us (I believe taking a short break) and noticed me and my friend struggling to put a new tire on, one of them came over to help, and was super friendly. If the workers are that nice and hard working just passing by on their break, I imagine they're great to hire for actual work
It's not that I dislike them in general. They may be an outstanding company with impeccable service. However, your employees /drivers are a direct frontline to your business. Ergo, one of their drivers almost sent me into a parked car on one of our nasty snow days about a month ago while I was in my company car. His half out of the middle & then some!!
Service guys are great. They always come when called. Honorable company, the only one we use.
