I am most pleased to strongly recommend Boerne Vision Center and, more specifically, Dr. Susan Johnson. Yesterday I was the recipient of the most comprehensive eye examination of my life. The detailed “conversation” initiated by Dr. Johnson throughout this examination was most impressive and beneficial. I have no desire to go anywhere else in the future.
Moved to Boerne a little over a year ago. Boerne Vision Center was recommended. Everyone at Boerne Vision was outstanding. Everyone was professional, pleasant and courteous. This is now our family Optometry and vision center. Thank you Michael and Susan, Congrats on the Grand Opening.

I was very impressed with DR. Johnson and people who work at the Boerne Vision Center. Extremely professional and friendly. It is not one of those places that just want to do quick and inaccurate eye exam, take your money and send you out the door in 5 minutes. Dr. Johnson was amazing, took her time and really showed her concern. Highly recommend her!
I was totally unimpressed when I contacted this office to get my husband’s records transferred & was told it was going to cost $25.00 to pick up a copy of his record. I was informed this is standard procedure for doctor’s offices. When I informed her it was NOT ( I currently am having 16 years of records transferred at no charge) standard, she hesitated & finally said well it’s this office’s policy. I had a great experience! The staff and doctor were so friendly and professional! I brought my 4 month old in because they are offering a special for children up to 6 months! I was so happy to hear he was perfect and appreciated the staff making us feel very welcome, my son didn't even mind the girls ;-)
Visited the Boerne Vision Center yesterday. Had a wonderful visit with the new optometrist, Susan L. Johnson. She gave me a thorough examination and reassured me that my vision is stable. Great to have her onboard with Dr. Broderick. I highly recommend them to anyone with vision needs. jp
As a keratoconis patient getting my prescription is challenging. Not only did Dr. Johnson get me to 20/20 vision for the first time in 4 year, she was so patient and had so much knowledge on types of lenses that are available to Keraticonis patients. She answered all the questions that came to mind. Extremely happy to have found a new specialist.
