Extremely unprofessional and inconsistent. A previous dentist here used a scaling tool on my toddler and insisted I “had to use it,” while Dr. Kwon later said that tool should not be used at all on young children. Yet, staff said that dentist no longer works there and no one could explain or take responsibility. I saw Dr. Kwon twice in one week—both visits were unacceptable. Wonderful experience with Dr. Kwon, Linda, Anna, and Gigi.
Rude and disrespectful. First and last time.
Took all my 3 girls for their dental cleanings, and the staff were wonderful with them. Linda, Gigi, and Sammie were all patient with my kiddos and made sure they were taken care of. Dr. Kwan was very nice, and I appreciated how she explained her findings and made recommendations that would benefit my daughter. Overall, the staff is great, friendly, and compassionate. :)
We had a more urgent visit this AM to Boerne Ortho and Ped Dentistry for a trauma abscess above my son's baby tooth. They worked us in same day, treated him with kindness and professionalism to remedy the problem quickly and as painlessly as possible. Thanks Anna and Dr. Kwow.
