Total rip off stay away from the dealer for service. They will miss-diagnose and issue overcharge you for the repair and then not warrant their work. They charged me over $900 for two keys that they said were the starting issue with my Jeep. Don’t let them touch your car they will break it and then overcharge you for the repair. Within a day the issue was back, they took no responsibility and I got the issue repaired an another service center for less the $400. Dishonest. Lied about having a vehicle in stock. Lied advertising.online. I called to confirm the vehicle was there, then drove down within 24 hours. When I arrived, the salesman said it was still “in transit” from manufacturing. I don’t lie to people. I expect to not be lied to. I will never buy a car here.

Beware of the Dealer Discount bait and switch! This dealership performs potentially illegal deceptive trade practices and false advertising as part of their business model. The "Bourne Dodge Price" listed on their website is not the actual sale price that they will offer. My experience today: I found a great deal on a Ram truck on the website. Our experience at Boerne Dodge was excelent. Our Sales man Chad was very helpful I will give him 10 stars. Our excprience through the entire process was very easy including the financing and signing of the documents. I will return to Boerne Dodge and refer friends as well. Keep up the good work.

BUYER BEWARE Dodge/Ram needs to remove these kind of dealerships. On Nov. 29 2020, I was working with Renee Cravey and Nicholas Gonzales on a Ram 2500 that caught my eye on the Boerne DCJ website (Stock number G267816.
