Dr. Boerema is an excellent doctor who genuinely cares for his patients. He is thorough and responsive to patient concerns and questions.
This used to would be a 5 Star review. However, the last several times I have tried to see MY doctor, he doesn’t have the time and they place me with someone else. The office staff has become more and more rude and in accommodating - which is a shame because I used to consider them the best in Cleveland. Between the doctor never being available to see you and the rudeness of the staff, I suppose it is time to find a new doctor.
Dr. Boerema has been my Primary care provider since 2015. The staff are friendly and he is an outstanding doctor.
Very friendly! Great bedside manner ! Seems to sincerely listen and be concerned with my overall health and wellness.
Very caring, listens carefully, does a thorough exam, and then fully explains what is going on and what medicine he will prescribe. He and his nurse both are wonderful with patients and mu husband and I highly recommend Dr. Boerema. Top notch doctor. Has taken very good care of both of us.
