I called Boen Plumbing at 10am and they had a plumber to me by 1pm. Robert was great! He took the time to explain the issue we were having and he fixed everything within 20 minutes. I can’t thank them enough for being so efficient and helpful. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Asked for itemized receipt which I didnt recieve. Unnecessary work was done totaling a cost of almost $1000 to repair a copper 90⁰ elbow. Unfortunately they have lost our business and we will go with another company.

Company was called to unclog the pipes in a kitchen sink. The worker did a fine job and finished within an hour - so the plumber wasn't the issue. Before having them come out, we were told if the plumber makes it before a certain time, we would pay I think $87.50, if it was later, we would pay more because of overtime. They arrive at 3pm and left at 4pm, so we fell into the $87.50 per hour payment. But what they don't tell you, is that they bring a machine in to your house, that I assume is for unclogging a pipe.
