UPDATE** Spoke with Nicole and she is great! This has been managed and gave a full 5 stars. She was super helpful and I definitely intend to return back as a shopper as things were handled and explained more clearly. I absolutely love Boem!! The quality and service is unmatched. Recently I had an issue with my online order and LaShawn hand delivered it to my doorstep, which was not necessary but she insisted!! It really made my day and so appreciative of how quickly she took care of everything!!
