Nice enough guy who came out. Stated it would be a two-man job, couldn't do anything that day. When I scheduled, website said they offered emergency service, said time would be next day from 8-9a, but email said appt time 8-12. Thank GOD Advantage Plumbing could come out 30 min after the guy left. Advantage did it with only ONE guy. Oh, and the total cost was cheaper.
I unfortunately discovered a leak in my hot water line and a basement starting to flood. I called Boelcke that morning and they were able to send someone out before noon. Bryce came within a couple hours of my initial phone call. He found the exact location of the leak and replaced the pipe. He was extremely professional and explained everything he did. He did a great job and made sure there weren’t any other leaks along that same line. I appreciate all the hard work and promptness!!
