I have never had a bad visit with Dr. Boehmer. He is always professional and kind. I love too that he stays on top of research in his field. Amazing doctor
My dad has been a patient of Dr. Boehmer for many years now. My dad has gout and it flares up every once in awhile. Recently he has been experiencing pain on his feet the goes all the way up to his knees and is in excruciating pain to the point to where he can’t even walk and if having to crawl to get around at times. He has been off work for over 2 months and yet have no answers. When we call the office the secretary that answers sounds annoyed and is rude. She has no kindness nor sympathy for patients. Dr. Boehmer is #1 in my book. He tells you exactly how it is and does not tell you what you want to hear. Straight forward. His 2 gals upfront are the nicest and sweetest receptionists you will ever talk to. Dr Boehmer has been our family doctor since 1986 and we will keep him as or doctor till we die.
Eighteen years with this doctor and he would quickly tell me I was fine. All those years of being fine brought on headaches, asthma due to severely polyp impacted sinuses, new medicines that came with severe withdrawals, and surgery. Never did he listen to all my complaints to connect the dots. Every day I am angry with this doctor because of the lung issues. I had to suggest it was asthma, and I had to point out the nasal polyp. With him, we self-diagnose.
