The young short long black haired woman drawing my blood was upset with me for having small veins. She gave me water. She asked if I had drank anything and was sharp. I did. I just have small veins. They tried twice and then left me for thirty minutes with a heating pad on my hand. She laughed outside my door about how painful it was to get blood taken from your hand. I left.
