This is a most calm competent place I've had the pleasure to deal with here in Saint Paul. When my ancient boiler failed about 5 years ago, they replaced the whole system in less the 18 hours. In winter. Just now they sent a tech who did a "pre-winter" check for less than $200. Including carbon monoxide test, water pressure check, thermo check, replace leaking relief valve, drain and clean system +++ I like Boehm.

Boehm is a great combination of old school personal service and top notch employees who know exactly what they are doing. We looked at several vendors for a new furnace and heat pump and Boehm did the best job of explaining how big of a system we needed and gave us a very fair price. The installers were prompt and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were comfortable with the new electronic thermostat and overall functioning of the equipment. Excellent and prompt service. Bill was polite and professional. He made an initial assessment of our furnace issue - cause of leaking water & how to proceed. He made recommendations for another company & what work needed to be completed before he could finish the fix. He even consulted with the other professional.
