Excellent and prompt service. Bill was polite and professional. He made an initial assessment of our furnace issue - cause of leaking water & how to proceed. He made recommendations for another company & what work needed to be completed before he could finish the fix. He even consulted with the other professional. I actually didn't use Boehm for servicing my house, but after my interactions with them, I can only imagine they'll be fantastic. I had water leaking under my furnace and had checked the ac condenser drain, all seemed fine. I wasn't sure what to do, so I called Boehm. They answered and were ready to send someone out, but talked me through a couple of troubleshooting ideas. They booked a tech to come out the next day if the troubleshooting didn't work.
