Replaced a trap under kitchen sink. A bit tricky and they professionally fixed it. Also gave helpful insights about some upcoming plumbing maintenance. 'Old school' in the best sense of that term.
Called them on 8/14 to get a quote for a gas line to be ran from our utility room to the kitchen for a gas stove. They said they could come out on 8/18. The called and confirmed that morning before they were enroute which I appreciated. The employee they sent was not very friendly and didn’t seem interested in the job. Said they would work on a quote and get back to us. Called them in 8/20 at 3pm to check the status of the quote and was told the lady that does the quotes was out of the office and would call me back tomorrow.... read more
