I was looking for a gym that had a friendly community vibe to it and that’s exactly what I got. This gym has literally everything you need (including reformer machines and 24 hour access!) for a fraction of the price that most gyms seem to be charging these days. Tom’s infectious smile and energy has all the members feeling comfortable and happy to be there - which has created a very warm, friendly and respectful atmosphere between members. I’ve loved my time training here and getting to know a few of the locals!

Fantastic gym. Adore having Pilates reformer machines that I can book and use on my own schedule with heaps of on-demand classes. Super reasonable price in comparison to individual classes also. Owner and trainer Tom is the best - lovely and provides expert support. Highly recommend

Been searching for a gym in our local community that does not feel intimidating for a beginner like me. Very helpful PT (owner named thomas) who will assist someone like me who does not know where to start Gym does not feel cramped and most important thing open 24/7 Highly recommended 🫶
