Just moved to the area and stumbled across this absolute gem. Training with Tom keeps me motivated without feeling overwhelmed, he knows his stuff and pushes me in all the right ways. The gym also has reformer machines for self-paced sessions, plus super flexible and affordable membership options. Highly recommend!

A super welcoming environment at Bodyzone 24/7! My first time back at a gym in years and I’m so glad I picked this one. Tom is so friendly and always happy to offer advice and support. The reformer Pilates machines are also a HUGE bonus :)
Tom's a legend and the gym has everything. Especially love the reformers.. they are a game changer!
