I saw Rod on short notice for a back related golf issue. He came highly recommended and I now know why. He identified the issue, addressed it and three days later I was back playing golf with no issue. Absolute legend !
Rod is known as the magic man for very good reasons. Super skilled in his work , a wealth of knowledge and he has helped me so much with my injuries, from fixing flare ups to maintaining a healthy spine, body and mind. I cannot rate Rod highly enough.
I had an appointment with Rod Williams at BodyWorx Albion, operating out of Pinnacle Fitness at 1 Yulestar St, Albion. I was referred to Rod by a friend, I have had muscle tightness and lower back pain for more than 6 months. It would manifest as shooting pain down the outside of my left leg. I walked out of my appointment with Rod today pain free. He explained the likely causes of my pain then conducted some diagnosis through movement.
