I just had my first-ever massage with Carla, and it was such a fantastic experience. She was warm, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable right away. Carla took the time to listen to what I needed, and her intuitive, skilled touch made all the difference. The entire session was calming, professional, and deeply relaxing — I walked out feeling lighter, less tense, and completely refreshed. If you're looking for someone who truly cares and knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend Carla. I’ll definitely be back!
I did get a very good deep tissue massage as requested from Carla. Carla mostly worked on my back and shoulders as that's where I was having the most tension. Her place is on a quiet block and I did not hear traffic at all. Carla is a warm compassionate therapist and I'm really glad I found a local therapist in SE Evanston that I can walk to. I will be booking more massages in the future!
My experience at Bodyworks by Carla was such a wonderful, relaxing and positive experience. Carla focused on the areas with pain the most, and it was amazing! She's also so thoughtful and caring to make sure, you don't leave without her amazing Gift Bag of wellness goodies! THANK YOU SO MUCH CARLA, I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!
Carla gave the best massage, hands down. I have been to a lot of massage parlors, and they have either massage too lightly or I leave in more pain than I came in with. Carla combined the perfect amount of pressure with observance of what my body needed. I weight train and do Pilates so my muscles are quite tight.
