Totally worth it and I highly recommend it. I was dealing with severe muscle tension on both shoulder and neck. After the first visit I felt immediate results in my shoulders and neck. My mobility and posture has improved significantly. Bodywork Massage is exceptional.
I just had one of the best, most relaxing massages in a long time. She was communicative and calming and really took the time to ask important questions for the best experience. I couldn’t recommend this place MORE!
After more than 10 years without a professional massage, Shawna set the bar incredibly high. Her knowledge, skill, and intuitive approach were evident from the moment the session began—she truly knows what she’s doing. Every aspect of the experience felt personalized and focused. Her studio is beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing. I immediately booked my next massage before walking out the door. Highly recommend!
I’m so glad I chose Bodyworks Massage! As a person with a chronic pain condition, massage is an important part on my ongoing treatment. Shauna exceeded my expectations! She discussed my goals and history prior to treatment and not only did I feel an immediate improvement, the treatment effects stayed with me throughout the week. I will be a regular client from now on!
I’ve been going to her for my scoliosis and I’ve noticed a great improvement. She’s definitely apart of my normal routine for pain relief.
