I had a 90-minute massage with Jess and it was amazing. She started by asking what I wanted and what my preferences were. I told her I love deep tissue and that she could really go in there, and she didn’t hesitate at all. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the session. I love this spa - very relaxing ambience and professional service. I have been there twice and I leave very relaxed and happy with the service. My masseuse (Jenna) advised on what I could do to relax my body a bit more beyond the deep tissue massage I got. They also sell some nice products (oils, beauty products and candles) that I wouldn't mind treating myself or a loved one to.
This was my first time trying this business. The massage itself was relaxing, and I liked the therapist, but unfortunately none of my tension was actually worked out. Showed early. Waited 5?/10? mins saw no employee. Checked out retail products & tested a body oil (sniff and 1 pump). Had a massage. Paid with gift cert. tipped %25 woke up next day & received an invoice for $50 for an open container, tested product. Called them to inquire. They told me they “watched the tapes” and tried to make me feel like I was criminal. Received a gift card for this business for Christmas. I booked a 60 minute massage. I needed to cancel my first booking the day of because there was a snow day and I didn't have anyone to watch my child. They agreed to reschedule but I would need to pay another $70 deposit and they would use my initial $70 towards the total cost of the visit.
