I went to this spa a few years ago. U found the staff to lack professionalism. My therapist kept leaving the room to talk about me to another therapist. I could hear the two queens chatting away. They may day he's no longer with the spa, it it's under new management. But I believe hiring people like that sets the tone for the business. With so many spas in New York that want to aim to please their clients, why waste your money in this one?
