The massages I have been getting from Casey have been a huge help, especially throughout my second and third trimester. I always say she works magic on my body when I come in, I’m stiff as a stone with all the pregnancy fatigue you can imagine, but she somehow manages to loosen everything up until I’m 100% relaxed. And I can’t forget the exercises she guided me through, which helped so much. If I could give her 1,000 stars, I absolutely would. I can’t wait to see you again postpartum.

Roseanna’s approach to massage and personal training is unique, fun, and effective. I love the way she combines coaching, training, and massage to fully support me and my health.
