Alex is incredibly awesome, skilled, talented and helpful. He helped my son immensely with an asymmetry issue that was plaguing him while running. One appointment and it was 50% better. He worked on his feet quite a bit, not something that I've ever known chiropractors to look at. So I truly believe I went to the best place possible. He's a super nice guy and a real pleasure to meet as well.

There is massage, then there is bodywork. There is good, then there is phenomenal. This is the latter of both. Alex has a way of sussing out exactly which hurts you need healed and then communicating with your muscles and fascia better than any massage therapist with whom I’ve had the pleasure of working. He’s become my number one go-to for both body emergencies AND problems that take a little longer to solve, and his knowledge of how the body works is unparalleled, locally (regionally?). Alex is an absolute magician. Not only does he have an outstanding knowledge of the body, but he asks all the right questions in order to truly understand what is going on with YOUR body, so he can get to the source of the discomfort. He's also very wise and intuitive, so don't be afraid to engage in conversation during your massage. Or fall asleep. His technique is so relaxing.
