I generally arrive early for my scheduled appointments at Bodywise Physical Therapy in Westminster to allow time for loosening of the affected limb. I see the patients leave after their sessions and today I realized that everyone leaving appeared to be relaxed and smiling. I just want to say how happy I am that I came to Bodywise. Earlier this year I may have overdid it a bit running (6 marathons in 6 days) and ended up with an injured back. I was in a fair amount of pain with sciatica which ended up being from a herniated disc. With Rayann's "magic" I was able to get the pain under control and avoided surgery and any injections.
