Alamea is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and it shows. No matter what problem I bring to her, she always knows exactly what areas to target to help relieve my pain. I feel lucky to have found such a skilled masseuse who is always so kind and calming.

This practice has BodyWise for a title, but I would like to add that Alameda is wise. She is great at listening to her clients' descriptions, and she also listens to what her own hands tell her during massage, so that she can adjust modalities as she goes. She has patience, Right Motive and compassion. She is constantly learning, and incorporating her new knowledge appropriately in her practice. I always leave feeling genuinely helped, and am delighted to have found her.

Alamea is wonderful, seeing her regularly has become crucial to managing my chronic pain. Her office is clean, comfortable and has a calming and relaxing energy. She is an excellent listener and always makes sure to address any specific problem areas. Her pricing is more than reasonable and worth every penny!
