Best Place To Workout At – I have been working out at BodyWerx with Lucas Madsen for about 2 years now. It is a fantastic place to workout at. It's clean and bright. Everyone there is very friendly. Lucas have been a great trainer. He is tough on his clients and pushes us past what we think we can do and at the same time he is always encouraging us to go farther. Best Personal Training Facility – BodyWerx in Littleton is a great place to reach your fitness goals. It is a comprehensive gym with all the equipment necessary to get a complete workout. Lucas Madsen is my personal trainer and he is extremely knowledgeable. He is patient with us, yet pushes us to excel.
