Tracey is dedicated and knowledgeable. She takes so much pride in not only being a personal trainer but an accountability coach which has helped me to remain focused, consistent and seeing results in a way I wouldn’t on my own. Above all she has a beautiful spirit, she puts you to work but is always a a joy to be around. Would recommend Tracey 10 times over.
Tracy is AWESOME! She had me in the best shape that I’d ever been in. From the workout plans to the meal plans, everything was top notch. She pushed me to limits that I didn’t think I could reach. Very professional and knowledgeable. Tracy doesn’t just talk about a healthy lifestyle, she lives it and pushes her clients to do the same.
