I started at BODYTEK a year ago and could not speak more highly of the gym. BODYTEK inspired me to enjoy fitness and has helped me build up my endurance. Trainers are very knowledgeable about each workout and correct you when you do them wrong and always encourage you especially when they see you need that extra push.
