Excellent customer service by the receptionist & a lovely experience w/ a physiotherapist! :) lots of free parking, which is nice. I would recommend this clinic up anyone! :)
Front receptionist is incredibly nice, Maximum level nice not only did she provide a welcoming feeling she provided help when i needed it. Second person i met was Cassidy, She is a great massage therapist. She really pays attention to the therapy part, not only was she clearly interested in figuring out what MY concern was and provided not only relief to the concern but advice and recommendations on how to relieve this for myself on a day to day basis.
Aden Green is very helpful and very professional in her work . I had neck injury and she treated me very well and corrected my sitting posture to stay healthy in future . Thanks Aden for your help .
Excellent treatment and faster recovery was only possible because of Venessa's expertise and experience in treating lower back pain injuries. All Staff member are friendly and humble.
Left with worse ankle/foot pain. The physiotherapist, preeti, adjusted the non injured ankle as well and now I have pain in both.What upset me the most was there was a particular pushing down movement she’d do and I asked her to stop because of pain, but proceeded to do it twice again in following appointments. I wouldn’t try this place again.
