Refused the service due to 5 minutes delay??!! Had appointment booked at 3PM. Walked in 3:05PM and the “technical” greeted me by “you have missed your appointment”. I asked if he was being serious and he told me they only gave 5 minutes grace period - which normally should mean 3:05PM is still within that period? Came in to my appointment and Ella made the whole experience very confortable, she is engaging and also very efficient.
Doing the dexa scan here was a quick and easy process. The videos on where to park were helpful and the tech Nadia was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely plan to visit this location for future scans!
