I really wanted to like this place because it’s actually nice, but my experience has been frustrating. I purchased a 12-session package that had to be used within six months, and scheduling appointments was always a hassle. So relaxing!! The instructor is very helpful. I definitely saw results the next day. If you're a germaphobic, wear leggings and long sleeves. They need to be skintight though.

I absolutely love using the body shape rollers! It’s surprisingly effective and honestly feels like a workout.
