I love going there at first they made me feel like family, but after almost 9 months of therapy and two surgeries later if you did not meet their qualifications they pushed you out the door, because they didn't want look like they failed. Thank God for Kathleen and Andrew they were the only two that kept me going. The other ones were too worried about what it looks good on paper not the progress that you were doing. Thank God I never gave up on myself like some of them did, but I did enjoy my apology letter from the owner
