I love body rok! By far the best workout in west village I’ve tried! The coaches are great I love how the front desk remembers me each time I come even if it’s been a while.
LOVED claire’s class! music is always upbeat and she really takes the time to fix form and give modifications if needed. Got a membership because of her!
Evan's class is 10/10 - best way to start the day
I’m still shaking- took a class with Evan and the whole experience was wonderful! The warmest welcome, clearest instruction, smooth and thoughtful flow, truly one of my favorite instructors ever. Counter to the world of classes that have lost focus on students and wellness, this was fantastic on all levels. I started going to BodyRok in West Village about 2 months ago and it has changed so much for me. All of the classes are great, my core is so much stronger, and honestly my entire body is! Everyone I’ve taken is great but s/o to Evan and Laesha, I go to their classes the most due to my schedule (:
