BodyRok East was awesome! This was my first class here and everyone was so welcoming and sweet! Obliques & Cheeks class was HARD in the best way- I loved it and will absolutely be back!
Love the workouts here! They’re so challenging which makes the class worth it! The studio is also super nice and clean.

My first Pilates Reformer class with Kaitlin was absolutely amazing! She was welcoming, encouraging, and made the experience so enjoyable. I loved the energy of the class and how supported I felt throughout the workout. Definitely a great experience for a first-timer, and I’m already looking forward to my next class!
