Griselda is an amazing and motivational instructor. I would definitely come again. Being new, it was welcoming and approachable and you’re able to go at your own pace.
Recently I started Griselda’s cycling class, and by far the best cycling class ever, she extremely encouraging while making the class super fun ! Really enjoy taking her classes every Monday !
I love Griselda’s classes! She is awesome, deeply motivating, and makes everyone feel included and welcome, no matter their fitness level. The playlist and the vibes she brings are always perfect!

Ohhh myyy! Griselda’s class is one of my favorites doing cycles. The choice of music and synchronization was beautiful… and i brought my girlfriends with me. We enjoyed it alot.
