Great classes would definitely recommend!
I walked into my first Pilates class not quite knowing what to expect, and walked out completely hooked. From the moment the session started, Nerrisa created such a welcoming and encouraging environment that made it easy to dive right in! The movements were intentional and surprisingly challenging, targeting muscles I didn’t even know I had, but in a way that felt energizing rather than overwhelming. I’m looking forward to my next class. Parking can be a challenge so give yourself plenty of time if driving.
I like how this studio has the lights for vibes. It gets pretty warm in the studio. Don’t remember it being this way the first few times I went. I would recommend checking for games if you have to commute here by car for traffic and parking considerations. Staff is always super friendly.
