Julie was amazing. I’ve only taken a handful of Pilates classes, so I’m still a beginner. But she really went out of her way to be hands-on and correct my form. She’s a pro and highly recommend her if you’re a beginner or advanced!
Amazing studio! All workouts are well balanced to target the full body and environment is very inclusive of all body types/levels. Highly recommend Elizabeth on fridays, she is a literal ray of sunshine, and provides a mix of new and engaging workouts during each class I have taken thus far.
Been with Bodyrok for a year and absolutely love it. Clean studio, challenging routines and amazing instructors. I would highly recommend a class with Janie, Julie, Stephen, Eric, Bailey and Auburn! They are absolutely amazing!
Really like the place, it’s my 3rd Pilates studio and is the perfect one for me. It’s not too expensive. I’ve been to some cardio sculpt and flow classes. Julie is amazing, she’s in on fridays for flow sessions, and she actually cares for you to do everything right. She came to me several times to show me how to do the exercise properly, and when I wasn’t getting it, she asked if she can touch me (I’m totally okay with it) and actually corrected my posture, so that I started to feel the right muscles. Auburn is my favorite Bodyrok instructor! We miss her dearly at Haight Street! Her class always has great music, challenging moves and great cues on how to challenge your workout.
