Took my first Bodyrok class w Hailey and had such a great experience. She was beyond welcoming and supportive as I am learning. The class was challenging and excited to see how much I grow - Highly recommend!

Body rok is amazing I’ve been coming here since October of 2024 and worked out here during my entire pregnancy and pp. the teachers are amazing and I truly enjoy the environment here and energy. It’s an amazing work out too
I have been going to Bodyrok all throughout san diego for a little over a year and a half and it still reigns as one of my favorite studios! the instructors are tough, yet encouraging. i also like how the classes are longer than most studios out there (50min)
Love Bodyrok and this location is amazing! Big studio with lots of parking and all of the instructors are great! Makes working out so much more fun
