I've been meaning to write a review for a while now. I have been coming to BodyRok on Haight street for 4 months now and counting. I am so grateful for the staff, the kind people at the desk, and I just love being here. I remember feeling so nervous for my first class. Now my body feels stronger, and I genuinely am supported and happy to come in. Shout out to the instructors, Courtney, Anjali, Elizabeth, Olivia C, Porscha, Stephanie, etc :) - ands the front desk staff for supporting my sock addiction. Yay! Pilates!!

Being angry about a guy with a camera but being completely unbothered by two full grown naked men walking around women and children in public is absolutely shameful. Wouldnt go to this place ever.

Love bodyrok! Incredible workout with really knowledgable instructors. It’s very hard at first but you just have to allow yourself to be awkward and clunky and take spring loads off until it gets easier, which comes faster than you think.

Bodyrok is a great workout, and I always enjoy the classes (even the harder ones). The instructors give options for modifications and increasing the difficulty. I also appreciate the friendly front desk staff.

Bodyrok classes are fun and challenging! Most instructors offer ways to modify or level up, and the music is always engaging. The vibe is positive, and I always leave class happier than when I started.
