Love love BODYROK!! The studio is so spacious and clean, all the instructors are pretty clear and helpful and you will always walk out feeling great after getting a kick ass workout! I’ve tried Pilates at other studios but none of them compare to Bodyrok, the classes are upbeat, fun and they always change it up. This location has many reformers and showers + getting ready area in the bathroom. My studio is in north OC but I always book a class here when I’m in the area, wish I could come more often. Love BodyRok so much! 45 mins for a whole body workout, really challenging but rewarding! Fav fav instructors are Izzy girl, Tessa & Marley! Always super clean and respectful people
Challenging class! Loved every minute of it. Great flow, Brooklyn was amazing with her cues and pushing all of us through the routine. Very clean studio, upbeat music. Really enjoyed and will be back again!
