I love this place! The workouts are always tough and the instructors are amazing. I am always challenged and see major improvements in my body. Best workout ever. I am addicted.
I tried a few pilates studios before deciding on BodyRok. The other studios were fine if you're looking for base pilates, but if you're looking to level up and feel like you've actually worked out for the day, this is your jam. The music and instructors keep you engaged while providing just enough instruction and correction without being intrusive. I’ve been loving BODYROK for a year in SC and tried out the new Laguna Hills location. It’s gorgeous! Huge lobby with if full Locker room with showers. This would be so convenient if hitting BODYROK on the way to work. The reformers are perfect in the space is Ideal for getting in the zone and getting the most out of those 45 minutes.
Literally the best Pilates studio ever! The instructors always make me feel so supported, while making sure I’m pushing myself at the same time. You will never leave this studio disappointed!
