I love BODYROK! It’s the best way to start my mornings, I genuinely look forward to going. All the instructors are super friendly and motivating, and I always leave feeling great and accomplished. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun and challenging workout!

My favorite place in Billings! Best workout, even better staff and owner. No better place for a full body sculpt!!
Five stars aren’t enough to match all the things I love about Bodyrok! The instructors are exceptional, helping me to maximize my 40 minutes. The workouts are always challenging and unlike anything I had ever tried in an attempt to achieve my fitness goals. I highly recommend Bodyrok - it’s addictive!
